At Luxo Nobre, we are constantly committed to implementing policies that ensure the total satisfaction of our customers. If you wish to exchange or return a product, you have up to 7 business days after receiving it to do so, provided that the following conditions are met:
  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging; 
  2. The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use or consumption, just as it was received;
  3.  All accessories, manuals, and labels (or protectors) must accompany the returned product;
  4.  We do not exchange products for sizes that are unsuitable for the customer. We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to ensure the correct size choice. According to the Consumer Protection Code, the merchant is not legally obligated to make exchanges for reasons of consumer regret, whether for color, size, model, or any other circumstance.

It is of utmost importance to note that, in order for us to accept the return of a product, all the conditions described above must be strictly followed. Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

To request an exchange or return, you should follow these steps:

    2. Provide the order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
    3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including information on where to send the item(s).
    4. Prepare the item(s) for return, ensuring they meet all the conditions for return as previously mentioned.
    5. Send the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
    6. Once we receive the item(s) and verify that all conditions for return or exchange are met, we will process your request. This may involve sending a replacement item, issuing a refund, or providing store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.

Once all the details related to the product return are confirmed, we will provide you with the address to send the item and proceed with the refund of the amount paid, including shipping.

These are the available refund methods:

Credit card reversal: This process may appear on the card statement within up to two billing cycles after the return has been completed through the payment gateway.

Electronic transfer: We will make the transfer to the customer’s account within up to 10 business days after confirming the return. Remember that the transfer cannot be made to third-party accounts.
